Goods are returned at your own cost. Please note that the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable. Please allow up to three weeks for refunds.

We recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting when you return your parcel. These are available free at the Post Office and will enable us to action your refund should your parcel be delayed or lost in the post.

If your order arrives and contains damaged or faulty goods, we will replace them or refund in full (including the original postage charge).

Please complete the returns form available here and call us on 01235 820555 within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a Returns Authorisation Code and instructions on how to return the goods to us. We are unable to accept damaged or faulty goods returned without a Returns Authorisation Code.

Any credit due on the value of the goods you are exchanging will be made to the credit/debit card you used to make the original purchase. If an additional payment is required this will be charged to the credit/debit card detailed on your returns form. You will not be charged any additional postage and packing for an exchange.
