Is it safe to give my credit/debit card details online?

Yes, safe shopping is very important to us. Purple Label uses encryption to ensure that sensitive data passed between you and us is safe. To check the encryption is working look out for the padlock that will appear on the page where you are required to enter your card details. For more information on safe shopping on the internet go to www.consumerdirect.gov.uk. Consumer Direct is a service provided by the Government that will advise you on how to keep your details safe whilst shopping on the internet.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept payment by credit/debit card or cheque. All prices stated on the Purple Label website are in pounds sterling.

By Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Switch Maestro, Delta and Solo. You can place an order using your card online.

By Cheque
You can pay by cheque by sending your order details and cheque to: Purple Label Limited, 57 Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4RX. Cheques should be made payable to Purple Label Limited and allow 3 extra days for processing. Please write your cheque card guarantee number, expiry date, cheque card guarantee amount (shown on the card) and home address on the back.

What name will appear on my credit card/bank statement?

Your statement will show Purple Label or Purple Label Limited.
