How will I know when my order has gone through?

When we have received your order we will send you a confirmation e-mail to let you know that we are processing it. Please check the details of your order carefully to make sure that it is correct. If for any reason your order cannot be fulfilled you will be contacted by Purple Label by email or phone.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to change or cancel your order please call us as soon as possible on 01235 820555 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm). Please have your order number to hand.

Orders are normally processed the same day so we may not be able to cancel your order if it has already been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched and you wish to cancel it you must follow the returns procedure and return the item(s) to us within 14 days. We can only refund the cost of the item when we have received it back from you. The original delivery charge will be non-refundable. We will refund the cost of delivery if we have made an error or if the product is faulty.

How do I get a VAT receipt?

Your receipt will be sent to you by email. This receipt can also act as a VAT invoice.

What is your order acceptance policy?

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered unless we notify you that we cannot accept your order or you have cancelled it in accordance with our procedure. The sales contract is completed in England.

We might not be able to accept an order for the following reasons:

  • The product you ordered is out of stock
  • We cannot obtain authorisation for your payment
  • We identify an error in the pricing or description of a product
  • You do not meet the eligibility criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions

If there are any problems with your order you will be contacted by our Mail Order team. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
