What are your Christmas delivery times?

When you place an order, products that are out of stock will display an 'out of stock' message on the basket page. Products that are in stock will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class if the total weight of the order is below 1Kg, or by Business Post Next Day for orders above 1kg. This will operate throughout December at no extra charge. Products that are out of stock will not be delivered before Christmas. To ensure pre-Christmas delivery, we recommend that you order no later than 12 noon on Tuesday 19th December.

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays do not count as normal working days.

What are your delivery times and charges for the garment care shop?

Standard Delivery

In-stock products will be delivered within 7 working days (usually 2-4 days)

Delivery Charges: £3.95 for orders below £20.00

£4.95 for orders between £20.00 and £75.00

Free delivery for orders above £75.00

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays do not count as normal working days.

Do you deliver the garment care products to my address?

We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, excluding the Channel Islands.

For security reasons we reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.

How will I know if my order has been sent?

We will send you an email when the order has been dispatched. This will tell you when you can expect delivery of your items.

Can I send my order to an address which is different to my card billing address?

Yes. During the payment process you will be given the option of entering a different delivery address to the billing address.

What if I'm not in when you deliver?

Royal Mail deliveries will not require a signature and can usually be posted through your letter box. If your parcel cannot be left somewhere safe, Royal Mail will leave a card asking you to pick up the package from your local Post Office depot. Business Post deliveries will require a signature.

Business Post deliveries are usually made Mondays to Fridays between 9am and 6pm. Please use a delivery address where someone will be able to sign for your parcel.

What happens if only part of my order arrives?

If you have not received all of your order as detailed in your order confirmation email, please contact us immediately, either by emailing shop@purplelabel.co.uk or by telephone on 01235 820555.
