Which areas does your collection service cover?

We currently cover the majority of Oxfordshire for both collection and delivery. We are always expanding into new areas, so if you are interested in the service please contact us with your location. We will email you when we offer our services in your area.

How do I order a cleaning service online?

From the main menu, select 'cleaning collection’ and choose from the subcategories and a list of all our services will be displayed. Simply select the relevant service and add special instructions if required.

How does your collection service work?

Once you have selected the services you require, you will be presented with a screen that will allow you to set the date and a time for your collection. Orders received by Purple Label before 10am can be collected on the same day (depending on location and capacity). You will then be taken to a payment area to enter your details. Once payment has been accepted, you will go to a confirmation screen which you will need to print and enclose with your items.

What is a premium account?

A premium account is for our regular customers who wish to save time by navigating quickly through the ordering process.

How do I apply for a premium account?

To apply for a premium account, login to your standard account and on the first page you get to there will be an 'apply for a premium account' link. Click on the link and fill in all the required information. Purple Label will then contact you to complete the registration process.

Can I order products to be delivered with my cleaning?

Our online shop and dry cleaning service currently work independently of each other, so any products that you order from our online shop cannot be delivered with your dry cleaning. This is to ensure that Purple Label maintains our high standard of excellent service for both online customers and dry cleaning customers. We want your experience with us to be easy, quick and hassle-free!

Do you store my personal details?

Yes. For cleaning collections we require a small amount of information which we store on secure servers with your account details. Storing this information will allow you to sign in quickly the next time you require a collection.

How can I change my details?

Once you have signed in using your username and password a purple bar will appear at the top of the screen. This bar confirms you are signed in and if you click the 'edit details' text you will go to a screen where you will be able to change any of your details.

How can I remove my personal details?

To remove your details from our server, please write to Purple Label Limited, Database Removal, 57 Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, OX14 4RX.
